Download our veterinary referral form, fill out your details and either hand to your vet personally or give to us to fax to your vet. This must then be faxed back to us. Either way it is important we receive the completed form from your vet at least two working days prior to the first visit in order to tailor the session to suit your dog’s needs. Please allow at least 1 hour for the first visit. Getting to know you and your dog is very important to us in order to get the most out of the treatment sessions.

Payment is required at the end of each session. Please note we do not have card facilities. Payment is by cash or cheque, accompanied by a valid cheque guarantee card, only.

Prices include a pre swim health check and shower.
Specifically tailored swim program, hot spa if required.
