In the Hydrotherapy pool the buoyancy of the water enables dogs that are in pain walking on land to use their limbs more freely increasing muscle tone, and helping to make their day-to-day life on land easier and less painful. The water is heated to a therapeutic 27-30 degrees celcius helping to relax muscles and relieve stiffness in the joints. The water in both the pool and the spa is constantly filtered and tested 3 times daily to ensure that it is perfectly safe for your dog to enjoy.

Having fun in the pool
Hydrotherapy is an excellent, fun and safe form of exercise for the healthy dog wanting to maintain a good level of cardiovascular fitness or needing a little weight management.

For dogs with more serious mobility problems that are not yet ready for swimming the Spa is the perfect place to relax stiff muscles and joints and boost circulation. Heated to a balmy 30 degrees the Spa is also available for dogs to recuperate from the effort of swimming and relax those tired muscles.

Hydrotherapy and Spa sessions will be supervised at all times by either Sam or Delia and all dogs will be required to have their Vet's approval before taking the plunge.
